You pay a €39 review fee now to get started (VAT included). If we recover a refund for you, our success fee is 15% of the refund plus VAT, and the €39 is deducted from it - so you’re never charged twice. If we don’t recover anything, there’s nothing more to pay. You’ll see a full breakdown on your estimate in a moment.
